5. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your session.Sessions will not begin without prior payment.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable. Quiet Orbit reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative times will be offered.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and individualized nature of each consultation, sessions are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued based on personal interpretations of accuracy or outcome. The service provided is consultative and experience-based. In the case of technical issues or scheduling errors on the part of Quiet Orbit, appropriate adjustments or rescheduling will be offered.

8. Scope of Questions

Certain topics fall outside the scope of consultation. Quiet Orbit does not:

• Guarantee specific outcomes

9. Frequency of Sessions

Clients are encouraged to allow time for integration between sessions.
Repeated consultations on the same question within a short time frame are discouraged. A period of reflection – generally several weeks – allows circumstances to evolve and insights to settle.

10. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation. If booking on behalf of another person, explicit consent must be provided.
